Astral Projection – Utopia
I’m really interested in Astral Projection and out of body experiences. I want to try doing it myself, but most of wha tI found is too complicated or doesn’t make sense. A lot of it also says just to relax, but that doesn’t work.
How can I do it or where can I go to get it done?
After the sleep paralysis comes the vibrations, then I feel the lift out of my body with my eyes closed and it’s pitch black, after a few seconds, I get a visual, I’m in my room (but a different room) and I’ll fly up through the ceiling to find that I’m in a lucid dream, is this what everyone refers to as astral projection, I thought astral projection was real time in this reality.
Please, what am I doing wrong?

I’ve been reading a lot lately about astral* projection, dream walking, and out of body experiences and I would just like to hear some cool personal experiences if you guys have any?
If you don’t have anything then just tell me the craziest dream you’ve ever had. lol.
